Description
The Organizational Governance module focuses on encouraging organizations to effectively frame or conceptualize governance issues, identify governance strengthening priorities, and implement a series of activities that best support them in addressing their priorities. The activities are designed to combine direct workshop facilitation and extensive mentoring by the Pact OD Practitioner, with support for organizations independently conducting governance strengthening exercises.
The overall governance strengthening approach outlined here attempts to reflect Pact’s own values: emphasizing participation, respect for local knowledge, and client-driven activities.
