Description
The Module is designed to build a common understanding among Pact’s practitioners worldwide concerning the place of Mentoring and Coaching in our programs; create a language commonly understood at country offices in relation to mentoring and coaching support to local partners; build confidence and improve skills in providing consistently high-quality support to partners by Pact staff and also in managing interventions involving outside mentors and coaches. It also includes training and facilitation materials and tools for both Pact and non-Pact audiences.
